I don't really want to get into all of this, but I will say this...several students were interviewed about the rumors surrounding DP. NONE of them were able to offer first hand knowledge of anything he did. Nor could they say that they heard it directly from the person he supposedly abused. EVERYONE interviewed said they had heard rumors, but didn't know anything for sure. Perhaps he did do something, or perhaps people had "creepy" feelings about him because of the rumors. I don't really know. But HLA did investigate this and was not able to get any remotely substantial evidence about this rumor.

Why not just talk to the girl he supposedly abused? Or better yet why not allow an outside represenative to do the investigating. Maybe someone from oh I don't know....children services? This is exactly why regulation is needed so badly and why I'm so glad it's been forced onto HLA.
I remember "investigations" there. If the investigation was involving something a student did or you were suspected of doing it was all hot lamps and all night interogations. If it was something a staff member had done it was threats or coercion not to tell.
