Aspen has opened its own "diagnostic centre" for when the net survey or an ed con just cant do the trick. Is this even legal? Afterall Brightway wasn't

I don't know about the legality but I know that the budding youth sex-offender industry has been using bogus diagnostic test and computer programs to get kids into their programs, it's just a straight-like intake with a more polished image....
