or get a laptop with a wireless network card and chose from a list of IP's..  Or maybe not..  I'm not sure how that works really..  But websites block my neighbors cause of shit I post on their sites.. Then I log in thru my network and post what a jerk that guy is..hahahahaha

I got the green onion, but according to http://www.ip-adress.com/ I'm not running it right, it shows where I am.

Know how you can "Connect to your PC from anywhere"? How do you know if someone is connecting to your PC like they own it? Which is a federal crime by the way.

Gotta watch traffic, simple as that. Monitor what's coming in and going out. Tweak your browser & firewall. By now most of this geek stuff has gotten to be common knowledge or built in. People aren't quite as willing to pay some schlock 100 bux to delete temp files these days.
