I spoke with the public defender's office. Their investigator is almost 100% convinced that the charges are false. He's getting statements from people who were present when Josh was given the OK to make the purchases.
You see, the guy's boss wanted to have a homosexual tryst with this guy, so he made him into a "kept man" by giving him a house on campus so the boss could have easy access to his potential lover. When this went sour, the boss punished him by having him arrested under false pretenses.
At least one person, if not more, are most likely going to be charged with a crime for doing this, and it's a felony. If the boss gets sent to the klink, he'll get all the ass-pounding he ever wanted...and then some. :wink:
