Looks like Lame Woodboney's site is down. I wonder if bad karma finally caught up with him.

Yeah I noticed that last night actually.  Yup.  Still down.  Oh dear lord.  Please let it be not permanant.  Please let it be some random DDOS attack.  Yes.  Let's all join keyboards and prayer for poor Lon:

"Lord please keep letting Lon, your humble servant, continue to speak the truth to the parents.  Think of the CHILDREN!!!  Oh lord let this be site maintance.  Please don't say massive hardware failure.  Oh lord please tell me Lon kept a backup.  Oh lord please don't tell me his hosting company burned to the ground.  Or the feds found something.  That would... just be too horrible for words."

Where's the backflip emoticon?

EDIT: FUUUUUUCK...  it's back up.

Why doesn't Fornits / ISAC / CAFETY advertise.  If they could set up a Paypal account for this purpose, i'd donate.

Last time this forum tried it it brought up  ads for programs and there was a big brew-ha-ha about whether fornits should direct anyone to pogram websites... pretty much civil war broke out after that.

ISAC / CAFETY have pay pal accounts you can donate to. Just click the button. I do think Ginger ought to consider doing the same. I am sure a few folks at least would help pay for keeping the site up and running.

Ginger and I have discussed this and we've decided on a solution.

This link also cycles through the banner system.

We're not going to leave money in that account for any length of time, so even if Paypal does do something screwy, it'll be safe in the bank where it belongs.

If anyone wants to donate really serious big-time money, that's something that should be discussed over PM.
