Finders Fee...
« on: October 15, 2006, 12:37:33 AM »
Did you know that if a therapist of any sort refers a kid to HLA, he/she gets a "Finders Fee", a large sum of money. I think it is around 3,000 large. That makes me sick!

Really?  Can you give any names?  This is highly illegal and I will expose those individuals to the full weight of the law.  Drop the names and I'll go after the proof.

I am not in the mood for a slander suit, thank you. I was just letting the general public know that it happens...

Some Ed Consultants charge a placement fee 1700-3300 range and then some charge an ADDITIONAL 2-4k to track the student through the program

You're not going to get sued if it's true, Cow.

Naming names is extremely important for the success of the HLA shutdown (although that'll probably happen anyway by this point), and might put a few more of these guys in jail, where they belong. Facts are the weapon of choice to fuck 'em all over.

Actually, if you can't prove it by naming names you have already slandered yourself against HLA.  Not very smart (if you can't name names)

HLA, not very smart

At least that would be the case if someone from there tried to sue him for slander. There's just waaaaay to much to throw right back, not a road I think any of you want to travel.

Cow could you PM me please.

If you seriously have your own lawyer, you should be listening to him a hell of a lot more than to us. I retract my statement about naming names in public. Name the names to HIM and let him do the suing.

Why do so many post without names?
« Reply #12 on: October 17, 2006, 07:24:45 PM »
I see a lot of accusations on this website but most of these posters are listed as guest or use pseudonyms.  If you have valid complaints, wouldn?t they have more impact if you identified yourself and gave verifiable proof of your accusations?

The proof is out there. Look it up for yourself. There's a class action lawsuit that is based on what has been discussed in this forum.
