There's more to this Sudweek's MESS.

The Sudweeks had the poor starving animals removed by the Canadian SPCA in January 2001.

THEN: on February 22, 2001--the Sudweeks were evicted from Mexico with 14 kids for illegally operating a business/school.
San Jose Mercury News (ISAC has this article posted).

Mark Sudweeks was tried and convicted, and he lost his appeal.
Yep: he is banned for life from owning any animals in Canada.

THEN the Suds run to Utah and in April 2001 are asking  to open up a teen treatment facility, --and advertise their so-called EQUINE HORSE PROGRAM?

And somehow in the midst of all THIS, the State of Utah issues these people a LICENSE to operate?

Wonder where the Suds are planning to open their next abusive facility as Cheryl Sudweeks faces a criminal trial for child abuse?
They don't seem to stop, do they?

Just curious, when did Whitmore officially open in Utah and when did PURE begin referring to them, if anyone knows.
