Religious Freaks

Is it me, or are there MORE religious freaks out there then 20 years ago? And if so, why can't they keep their religion out of politics? Theocracies have never been healthy for society.

There are way more religious freaks now. Was it the Y2K scare? The 9/11 thing? I don't know.

If you ever get bored. watch C-Span. There you will see Republican congress dicussing global warming, pollution, etc, You will aslo year Republican senators say thing like "In light of the second coming of Christ, we need not adress global warming now. It will be adressed in the last days".

With a heavy heart I tell you that religion and politics have merged and will not separate again in our lifetime.

I'm sorry. Just dont vote Republican.
