Hello, I am Keith's step sister. I am looking for anyone who was at SCL (staff or captive) that may have info on the night Keith died (3/2/05). Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. I have looked at the old postings from last year, but they are a lot of speculation w/o fact. So.........my family disagrees with 'suicide' (many, many, many reasons) and I hope there is someone who could tell me what happened that night.

I won't play that kind of game. Either you have interesting information or you dont. My step brother died---this it not a quid-pro-quo kind of conversation. What I will tell you is the absolute bare bones of it-he got two phone calls that night before he left SCL. If you can add to that please do. Unless you were at the scene of the crime, the only info you would have is what happened on shift and/or rumors of what happened at the scene. I don't mean to be rude or abrupt, but this has been a tough year and I am just trying to understand what happened. Anyway, I don't even know who you are or if you are who you say you are. If you are, then you'll understand my hesistations.

For all those that might be interested the Fedreal Marshals raided Sanders county court house and sheriff's department, they also raided the Plainis MT Police department.

What you going to bad boy's when they come for you? :grin:

hmm, i searched for that all over the net, including the montana newspapers and i cant find anything about it, anyone know if there's any truth to this claim?

there hasnt been much at all in the news---i dont think the officials want anything leaked out. i can say that the independent's cover last week and subsequent story was quite wacky. check it out missoualnews.com, and search for marvin burrell or keith woods. it has a short blip about a lawsuit, but thats the first time i've ever seen it in the news. why would the media keep such a tight lid on this?

The information on the raid on the at the county court house and Planins Police department came from the Federal Marshels.

They raided the court house on the morning of june 20, with investigative warrants, these types of warrants are secret till served.

They shut down the computers at the county and removed the information on them for there investigation. Box's of paper work were removed from the court house along with the information on the county computer system.

The state computers were also shut down and information was removed from them as while. Any one notice you could not get your drivers lic. renewed on monday the 22 of june, the states computer system was shout down. Also the banks computers in Thompson falls was also shut down as well, anyone banking there more then likely did not get there bank statements untill later.

Zimmerman was escorted from open court on the 30th. by Fedreal Marshels.

The Feds are convinning a grand jury now.

Do you know what the Fedreal Marshels are looking for? Now that the warrents have been served, are they  part of the public record? Are you saying this is related to the Keith Wood case by posting it here?

The warrants served are secret.
There are 5 or 6 major law suits against sanders county at this time, I believe that the information used to get the search warrants were obtained from those law suits.

This is completely a rumor boys, just spoke to a friend in t-falls, who is a reserve deputy, he called the station, and it absolutely did not happen, dont feed the trolls!
