Some duo playing covers at a bar in Westminster last night...The guitar player/singer blew harp too (it sat in one of those neck stands) and a keyboardist played the bass lines and keyboard parts. Fun & interesting selection of tunes. Full-sounding energetic vox..

If you would have justice in this world, then begin to see that a human being is not a means to some end.  People are not commodities.  When human beings are just to one another government becomes obsolete and real freedom is born; SPIRITUAL ANARCHY.

The English Beat - "Mirror in The Bathroom"

That's a great song.  I really like that one.

Today I did LOTS of N2O, nitrous oxide to you kiddies, and was listening to "Che" by Suicide, which was followed by OMD doing a cover of the Velvet Underground's "Waiting For The Man".  This segued into more Suicide, the incredible "Dominic Christ", which is the perfect song for nitrous, particularly the Alan Vega yelps toward the end of the song.  I took another  long pull from the regulator and was kinda digging this 80s-ish synthpop cover of Led Zeppelin's "The Immigrant Song".  I didn't recognize the band, but I did recognize the song, and took another huge pull of nitrous oxide, and began breathing into and out of a balloon..  Next thing I know, I'm on the floor convulsing, can't move at all, other than the spasms I'm doing involuntarily.  It felt great, eventually my motor functions returned, and I began knowing who and where I was.  Glad I was sitting in a chair, the fall might have hurt if I was standing.
