am looking for people who survived Straight in Plymouth, Michigan. I miss a lot of people there and wonder what happened and would like to stay in touch.

Surgery--Trim, 9th Ward High Roller

Fuckin' yeah!  Surgery was my favorite of all the Amphetamine Reptile Records bands.  "A.K.", "Brother Remington", "Exquisite", all of 'em kick ass, this is a great rock and roll record.  Nationwide by them is good, too, I never heard D-Nice, which was their major label (Atlantic, I think) record, but I bet it's OK.

As your spiritual advisor, I urge you to get loaded, fucked up, blitzed, wired, ripped, twisted, scorched, blasted, wiped out, completely fucking wasted, damaged beyond repair, buy this CD, and crank it up LOUD.  It'll do ya some good.

It's called Dangerous Madness, for those of you keeping score, and it's pretty good, though he tends to drift into Lou Reed-like soliloquays a bit, kinda like Iggy on American Caesar.
