What some of you remind me of

Those cheerful, clamoring mobs of people who gather around death row executions and count down the seconds till the prisoner is put to death, all the while adopting the same or worse disregard for life as the prisoner ever had.

I dont agree w/ the death penalty

What was done with the seed saved from the India Hemp last summer? It ought, all of it, to have been sewn again; that not only a stock of seed sufficient for my own purposes might have been raised, but to have disseminated the seed to others; as it is more valuable than the common Hemp.

You may not be for the death penalty, but I can envision you hosting a Sembler roast in the prison courtyard, complete with life-sized effigy to be ignited upon the successful completion of his botched and painful execution. One look at your rants, and it?s not a stretch.

Execute the 1nd and 2nd degree murderers (except crimes of passion or that result in a net good outcome for humanity) to save money on operating prisons, and for people with other long sentences, give them the option of death. Hell, give all prisoners the option of lethal injection.

But then the people doing the exucution would be commiting the same crime and they would need to be sentenced to death too.
Death penalty is wrong, besides it harder to live than it is to die. Make him suffer!

Suffering will never bring about justice for crimes already committed. Punishments will never bring back the dead or repair damage done. However, punishments may prevent future crimes if they are drastic enough. People who commit murder out of blatant disrespect for life should be put in their place, dead, they don't even belong in prison just as animals don't. Just like they kill violent dogs everyday. If people act like vicious animals, then they probably are. Why waste tax dollars keeping them in a kennel?

Anyway, the phrase "retroactive abortion" means exactly what it says - just think about it for a minute..you'll get it..

Let the VICTIMS murder the offenders THEMSELVES. Just thimnk about it -- people would feel a whole lot better about what happened to their families or whatever if they had this outlet! An EYE for a fucking EYE..
