Think the Suds might have a "Garage Sale" and put some of that furniture on the sidewalk, too? Saw a couple of nice pieces there in the so-called mansion that might be worth a couple of dollars or so.
And there is always the stuff that got left behind when parents picked up their kids in the middle of the night, don't forget!
