My point is that the amazing forums board was almost abandoned because most were coming here to post and it was viewed more on a regular basis, and when the spam stuff showed up hardly anybody was posting on it anymore. Why would they have bothered at that point?

Intrestingly enough thats not true at all. The site was still very active, and several threads had filled up and had to be replaced because it was active.
Check the dates if theres to much confusion.

Quality, not quantity. Sure, they weren't as busy as nice and secure Fornits is, but when AmazingForums had postings, they had the Marla McGhee's of the world goin up in there and speakin truth, and HLA couldn't have none of that --- it's bad for THEIR business.
Heaven forbid we really know what the fuck is going on out there in Georgia.
It makes too much sense for HLA to leave that board alone when they can spam the hell out of it. Jane Sad-parent can't see the piece of information that might have convinced her to withdraw her kid the next day. They don't care -- not only do they have less to worry about but if there is something to worry about, they can just call up Marty-Quirky and have his bitch ass deal with it. Since when do Georgia lawyers have jurisdiction over the Internet? Isn't this America I'm in?
