"It wasnt an issue with patient confidentiality. It was an issue that I told Bill what George accused him and and he told me he had a conversation with him about it. Bill is not a counselor. This was about what George accused him of and nothing else. Now if Bill had told me something of another nature such as what George was in there for or what his issues were, that would be differnt. The conversation only consisted of what George accused him of, which George himself posted on here, nothing else. Nice try trying to make something out of nothing, as usual. I did nothing illegal, and neither did Bill in telling me what George accused him of, because George already stated it on this board himself. however, George did do something illegal in accusing Bill of something Bill is innocent of. There is no breach of confidentiality because it was nothing confidential. And as far as the questions, Please, once again, which questions havent I answered? I tried to find what you were talking about with a post from 12/13? I coudlnt find anything there. What questions havent I answered?"

Oh Bullfrog there's no question what you did was illegal. As I said before it isnt a big deal do it again. Release the name dates and length of stay of another student.
As for Bill I never claimed his actions were illegal I asked if they were ethical. Im betting you dont know the meaning of the word as he probably doesnt either, but the question remains.
Is it proper for Bill to be discussing a student with someone who does not work there and has nothing to do with the school?
What would the Buch think?
Oh the questions you still havent answered have been posted and the time stamp given. Just follow the bread crumbs laid out for you Bullfrog.
SHH Anon Classics:
You are wrong it is not illegal to discuss an issue already discussed on this board by the student in question. There is no confideniality. It is a public issue if that was the only issue discussed.

Once again Bullfrog your idiocy and weakness shine through like a search light. No one said what Bill did was illegal, I stated it was a question of ethics for him to discuss the matter with you.
Do you not understand the difference something that is illegal and unethical? Probably not as you are willing to do both without hesitation.
And yet still you dont answer the questions put to you.

*Newsflash* George was not a "patient" but rather a student. Not to mention the fact that Bill is not a clinician of any sort and is therefore not bound by a therapists rules. Before we get excited and consult our attorneys lets use common sense! I wouldn't accuse anyone of ridin' a short bus when Robert and George appear to have ridden in a mini van.
