I've observed the same thing.  The families that started with our family have gradually disappeared.  Obviously there's something going at Hyde that leads so many people to leave.  Maybe some of these people simply can't hack Hyde's system.  But from what I've observed lots of people leave because they discover that there are so many problems at Hyde with inexperienced, arrogant, and harmful staff.  And as others have pointed out, the quality of the education at Hyde leaves a whole lot to be desired.
