Great idea. I support it 100%. The problem is will ex staff participate?
John U and any other ex staff, if you are there, I propose this. I will moderate this thread 100% and set the following guidelines.
1)Zero personal attacks or personal comments will be made in this thread. anything approaching that will be deleted by me without regard to who or why it was posted. This thread is for educational and program historical purposes only and will be treated differently than the normal forum.
2)Only direct questions will be entertained. The questions can be of any nature except if they are deemed to be baiting, in which case the question will be deleted.
3) the format will be question and answer with no follow up comments, only follow up questions.
4) Any ex staff can refuse to answer any question without accountability or criticism.
5) Questions cannot be of a highly personal nature ie : why did you do this or that to me or my family. Instead, questions will be phrased as to why certain policy or techniques were used or instituted and other direct questions.
6) no anon posting allowed in this thread. You must use your registered name.
I think everyone bears responsiblity for screwing up a great opportunity. That includes me, JU, Ginger, and everyone else that posted. We just F'd it up. A bunch of 40/50 year old people with much in common can and should do MUCH better.
JU and any other ex staff, respectfully, will you participate?
If so, please start here.
Did you ever meet Dupont personally, and if so, did he make any demands or suggestions on the program? Did any staff not come thru by going thru normal channels ie: front row?
