Thank you AARC
« on: July 30, 2005, 04:50:00 PM »
Hi everyone
Today I am 4748 days clean and sober thanks to AARC and AA. I have never been happier in my life than I am today.IF AARC hadn't helped me get a life I don't know where  would be.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years.
Hi to Mylitta-its good you dream about me
Take care and God Bless,
Jenn

A staff member at AARC. She was a "client" for a long time at a young age and has never left.

That's what I figured, mostly by the amount of days clean.

When she "left AARC" how many days/hours did she go at a time without talking to an AARC person? How many meetings did she attend? How often was she at The Centre?

I did not realize she had left. I thought she was there consistently for 10 years or however many years I thought it was.

Obviously you don't Jen on a personal level. She has never really hung out with AARC people. She got sober through AARC but got recovery in the rooms. She has a life outside AARC and when she left for those years she only visited a hand full of times.Even now she doesn't hang out much with AARC people and she is really active in service work-more than anyone I know.
