Have no sympathy for Cheryl Sudweeks.
Really feel sorry for this boy who has been raised in this setting. He sits in on these marathon GROUPS led by his out-of-control mother, observes the beating up of kids by other kids, and all the other unacceptable goings on at the Whitmore. It is really a shame.

Does the state of Utah know this child is being exposed to this kind of behavior or is he considered an enrolled "student" of Whitmore?

The DCFS is aware that this young boy lives in this situation. When asked why this agency does nothing, the answer was: "there has been no formal report of abuse of this boy against the parents." This boy does "attend school" along with the other kids there, and participates in all the activities according to our child who was enrolled there. His sister who just turned 18 was also raised in this mess, and is now listed as a "Staff Member."

Thanks for your reply Anon, it's a shame more program parents and their children are not aware of the Utah Abuse Reporting Law. Perhaps these programs would be more inclined to clean up their act than risk being put out of business?
