THA TRUTH - PART III

OKAY, here we go again....not taking responsibility for our own MAJOR mistakes.

YES...we all GET IT that Cheryl Sudweeks has been charged with child abuse.  She may even be found guilty.  If so, then justice has been served.

BUT....

THAT FACT is totally separate from the other FACT of POOR DECISION MAKING on the part of parents who send their children to any treatment/boarding school WITHOUT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION......A simple search on the internet would have given enough information to make any person a bit skiddish.

C'mon.....FACE UP TO IT!!!!

wow, if you read some of these posts out loud it would be funny, the words screamed for no apparent reason right in the middle of every thing, remember guys we dont needs caps to make our point. Yes, sudwinks is a child abuser, yes its mostly her fault, some blame lands on the parents as well, but this it no reason to scream at one another.

Don't think any parents have posted here that they are PROUD of their decision for sending their child to Whitmore, now have they?
But supporters of the Sudweeks sure seem proud of THEM.

And let's not forget how proud Ms. Sue Scheff seems to be of placing all these kids at the Whitmore, and assuring these parents that she'd checked this school out on all levels, and that she continues to vouch for the Suds.

If you only depended on one source...one reference, i.e. Scheff, you shouldn't be surprized with the outcome....By the way, what was the hurry?

I don't think any parents would think it worth their time to post and be questioned / attacked. There are not many - if any - open minds here...so, what's the point?

Relax ... nobody is screaming ... they are just trying to emphasize what the issues are.

As for blaming parents, that is standard operating procedure in the teen hurt industry.

Just read the WWASPS v. PURE file to see what WWASPS had to say about Sue Scheff and her former relationship with them both as a parent, herself, and also as someone who onced referred other parents to WWASPS programs

The Whitmore parents are no different than the person who may have actually referred them to Whitmore.

They, like Scheff, were once desperate parents.

What's the diff?

What's the difference between desperate parents and Sue Scheff?
Give me a _________break!
The desperate parents were trying to get help for their kids.
Scheff referred the parents to Whitmore for a FEE.
Scheff was making bundles of money off these desperate parents.
That's one little difference.
And Scheff kept referring more parents to Whitmore knowing the Sudweeks were being investigated for child abuse. And continues to support the Sudweeks knowing Cheryl Sudweeks has been charged with child abuse.
What's the difference?

Well, Whitmore is a mormon based school right? So all the kids that get sent there are mormon right? I mean what sort of parent would send their kid to a cult trainning camp.

Gangsters?
Have heard of ganster like behavior, but not here. Sort of like when Cheryl Sudweeks orders a bunch of kids to tie and gag one little boy and beat the heck out of him. Now that is "gangster like behavior."

Whitmore is not sanctioned or supported by the Mormon church. Just because the Sudweeks say they are MORMONS does not make the Whitmore Academy a Mormon-based school. And no, none of the parents knowningly enrolled their children in any CULT.
