I rest my case...
« on: June 25, 2005, 11:47:00 PM »
"[para 4]   The trial judge found that sometime before January 3, 2001, seven horses escaped or were released from the south pasture. They were seized by a Ministry of Forests employee on January 4, 2001, all in reasonable condition"

well well, look, here are the 7 horses i was talking about that were given back to the sudweeks! haha. And to think you said that the only people capable of seizing the horses was the SPCA. Well, looks like you did not do enough research. I guess those people are lying too. Oh wait, it came from the Regina V. Sudweeks thing that has everything else on it. haha. Well, all i have to say is.. "I TOLD YOU FUCKING SO!"

old news, already clarified and not an endorsement of the Sudweeks care, just a tecnicality in the law. The horses you guys rode, were NOT of the ones seized by the legal authorities.

No one down there know of them ever owning any horses.  Where exactly were these horses supposedly kept?

That is good that any horse they had from Canada were in healthy enough condition to be ABLE to be ridden, IF these horses were in FACT from Canada.

Those horses are from Canada, I've seen pictures of them at the lodge.

And I really, really don't think they did bring any horses to Mexico with them. If they did, it was only once or twice. Where did that story come from?

Well, Cheryl, in early 2003, told me personally that the Mexicans had killed all of their horses on the beach in Baja.

Are the sarcastic, personal remarks really necessary when someone is writing what they think / know / want others to know? You don't have to agree or believe what they write, but the way something is written can certainly show someone's level of maturity and can make them come across as worth paying attention to or not.
