Anybody think it's mere coincidence that this rullig comes under an admin who's president made a mint off of sports arenas built on eminent domain takings and who's campaign finance chair is a commercial developer?

The law in its majestic equality, forbids all men to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread - the rich as well as the poor

No coincidence.  But here's something, the posters at Free Republic are howlin' and trying to blame it on the "liberals"  or the Dems. ubet.

Somethings coming down, maybe just maybe the wingnits will get a clue that the "Family Values, Patriotism,  Keep America Safe and Free blah blah is just that.

The movers and shakers in this administration don't really care about the individual American's home, family, life or liberty.

If ya don't have money power yer just so much meat fer the grinder.

But of course, if ya don't make money, you can't be a REAL American now can ya.

I suppose it would be unreasonable to propose that those who have their property confiscated would be forever after exempt from any  taxes assessed by the State who siezed their property for the sake of higher tax revenues

Bush has not appointed a single Judge, he has nothing to do with the decision, he cannot affect it, it had nothing to do with him.

Not a matter of loving Bush, he did not appoint these Judges. Once was appointed by Ford, one by Carter, on by BushI, one by Reagan and one by Clinton. By lets face every dam one of them on the hill Dem or Repub don't give a shit your property or mine. But if we keep allowing these rogue senile judges to do to do this shit. Welcome to Soviet Russia
