WWASPS SUED
Anonymous:
Actually, the CA law firm has between 52-57 cases. I understand there will be others from more firms in Montana, New York and Florida, just to name a few. I suggest everyone just sit back and enjoy the ride. With new legislation in the mix for regulations and numerous law firms to choose from. Eventually, these kids may recieve their day in court against the bad dudes.
I'd bet that wwasps will have there hands full by years end. In this case, I commend the legal beagles, couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of fellows, wwasps that is.

So is it too late to join this suit? Or how does this work?

I dunno, you'd have to contact the lawyers who filed and ask them.
The right of self-defense is the first law of nature . . and when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.

Ask the plantiffs, after all is was Henry Bushkin who was filing and apparently did file. I hope he wins and big too for all of their sakes."

I just had this sneaking feeling you'd start to figure it out. Congrats, welcome to the party. You always were one of my favorite trolls.
He, who has nothing, and who himself belongs to another, must be defended by him, whose property he is, and needs no arms. But he, who thinks he is his own master, and has what he can call his own, ought to have arms to defend himself, and what he possesses; else he lives precariously, and at discretion.

If you want to read the actual complaint, it's posted on the Web Site for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, but you have to pay for it.
