ok, i missunderstood you.  i thought you wanted a browser error message, which there is none, but now i see you're wanting to look at the LOGS!  i lost him now, but i'll do this when i catch him again.

4 seeders on mininova now.

his FF client is not showing any error (blank window) and his IE client is not showing a specific error, just a generic "unable to connect". at the bottom of the IE window it mentions a possible DNS problem (he sent me screen shots of both)

he's tried to connect from 3 machines on 3 different ISP's from what he told me. obviously he cannot PM you if he can't connect. if you provide an email address, i'll send that to him.

if you read my post above, i already instructed him to dump both his browser and DNS cache, so it's not a cache issue.

MightyArdvark cannot connect to the forum with IE or FF, so he's unable to PM anyone. This is what i had him do:

[1] try pinging wwf.avigation.net -- if it times out, then it could be a network problem.  let me know.  if it returns results, then proceeded with the following, if not, go to [3], then start over again:

[2] In Firefox, clear cache and cookies, then go directly to this url: http://wwf.avigation.net/ -- if still no good, go on to the next step:

[3] open a console again and type: ipconfig /flushdns > hit: ENTER -- then try and revisit the page.

he says he's done all of this.
i have his email addy, so i can get info to him if there's any suggestions.

I set the default theme to the new one I'm working on.

Don't know how familiar your are with phpBB, but changing the theme to anything other than default can be a hassle when installing MOD's and, by itself, phpBB lacks some popular features. It's the MOD's that provide a lot of the good functionality. BUT - you may want to consider upgrading to phpBB 3 before installing any MOD's, as it has more functionality built in:

Sorry man, i don't want to seem like i'm picking on you, but the problem with listening to the pro-wwasp side is like i stated earlier; we have no way of knowing who can be trusted because people are paid to refer clients. It is also blatantly obvious that people post here and elsewhere posing as x-clients and parents and are probably paid to do so, either directly or indirectly through referral fees.

Am i saying that NO wwasp facility every helped ANYONE? No, i'm not. I have little reason to doubt that a number of kids are better off as a result of being there and you may well be one of them. I also have no doubt that many of these same kids would have been helped better by non-wwasp facilities. However, you will never convince anyone that has done their homework, read the personal client and parent accounts, talked to desperate parents in tears on the phone trying to get their kids out because they know they're being abused, read the court transcripts, read the media coverage, saw the films, videos and photographs that WWASP and others are anything other than CRIMINAL, FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS with massive political influence. And again, these people have destroyed the credibility of, presumably, honest people like yourself by paying people for referrals and infiltrating forums like this posing as parents and x-clients.

Keep posting under Anonymous.  It is really easy to criticise other people that way isn't it?  At least I lend a little credibility to what I am saying.  Anyone that want's to get in touch with me has an email address to contact me.  You?

We found something to agree on I strongly agree with that statement!!! I do not think that most forums, especially one of this type, should even allow anonymous posting. And yes, you are absolutely right; posting as "anonymous" certainly does nothing for ones credibility.
