Randall Hinton's bio for White River Adventure in Puerto Rico...His bio was recently removed from their site...but  here it is enjoy!

Randall Hinton is a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to two daughters and one son. He was employed by Brightway Adolescent Hospital to serve as a Psychiatric Technician under Dr. Goates, Child Psychiatrist for two years. He then went to Cross Creek Programs to work with Students in their Youth Leadership Program for one year. He assisted in establishing Spring Creek Lodge, Montana; Tranquility Bay, Jamaica; and Carolina Springs Academy, South Carolina, as the Assistant Director for each facility. He has worked in the Marketing Department (Teen Help) for 3 years helping parents place their children into the WWASPS Programs. Randall, as the Director, organized the facility and staff of The Academy at Dundee Ranch in Costa Rica. Randall left Dundee Ranch and the WWASP Organization June of the year two thousand and two. He has worked with at risk youth for the past ten years. Randall studied Psychology at Dixie State College. He has now dedicated his life to producing a better atmophere for young men and serving families in need.

White River Adventure was founded by Randall Hinton and Justin Nielson. Both live with their families in Puerto Rico and have done so for the past two and half years. Justin or Randall is on campus twenty four hours a day and work with our team of professionals to ensure the proper implementation of the program. The idea of White River Adventure is a small environment that assists youth in understanding the importance of assisting and caring for others. This is accomplished through continual service to others, hard work and old fashioned values. Randy stayed out of the US of A until the statute of limitations ran out on the abuses he perpetrated upon the students from TB's early days. Any leagle eagles care to comment?

It has been suggested he was hiding from WWASP types b/c he had spoken out against them and was afraid of them.

For what ever reason, he seems to have overcome his fear, what ever it actually was.

It sounds like what he wants to do the same thing at this military academy.  He's lying when he says that the program will not be associated with WWASP.  I'll bet he's somehow associated by familial ties to Lichfield - he's probably married to one of his daughters.  He's connected by blood or marriage somehow.  We need to stop him from getting involved in another program in the United States.  Write letters to the editor and try to educate the people in that community. It looks like they are quite skeptical already -we need to make them even more by providing them with information about Randall - especially this story of the girl who was abused. I'd suggest getting the address of City Hall in that community - then write a letter to the members of the City Council and provide them with some of this information from survivors.  One need only write one letter - it will be copied for all to see.  You can also ask that this be made available for the public to see.  You could probably e-mail it to the city counsil. Does anyone have the e-mail address?

It has been brought to my attention that Kemper Military has been recently purchased by Mr. Lichfield and that Randall Hinton will be likely be its director.

I believe the many proud alumni of KMS should know a little about the man behind the new school.

Robert Lichfield, owner of World Wide Association of Specialty Programs, also known as WWASP and WWASPS, is less than credible.

I challenge each and every one of you who reads this post to find out for yourself. Visit http://www.kidsincaptivity.com and read my newly-released report about Majestic Ranch, one of Lichfiel's facilities in Utah. Do a google search "WWASP abuse" and "Lichfield abuse." Another very informative website that you may want to visit is http://www.emancipationproject.org.

Hundreds of articles have been published regarding the abusive practices that occur at these facilities. They literally are prisons for children. Children lose their basic human rights. They are cut off from contact with the outside world. Many are physically, psychologically, and some sexually abused. Money goes into the pockets of the wealthy instead of being spent on the children. These children live in poverty while their parents fork out between $3,300 to $5,000 per month.

For the sake of the hundreds of children who, if this is not stopped, will be housed at KMS, please, do your own research and then be pro-active. I believe you have the power to do something before it's too late.

Some of the Lichfield's other facilities include Tranquility Bay in Jamaica (again, Google search the name with the word abuse after it and you will find a wealth of information,) then there's Carolina Springs, Cross Creek Academy, Spring Creek Lodge, Majestic Ranch, Ivy Ridge, Darrington Academy.

Some of the facilities run by WWASP have been closed due to child abuse and neglect. Among those are Casa by the Sea in Mexico, Dundee Ranch in Costa Rica, and Pacific Cove in Western Samoa. Again, Google them with the word abuse.

I'm not a legal eagle but doesn't the statute of limitations clock stop ticking when you are out of jurisdiction?

Is Hinton connected by family ties to Lichfield. It seems like he has the same attitude about education as Lichfield and his associates who proudly proclaim that one doesn't need education to "help kids."  

Is he a nephew, connected by marriage somehow - a cousin. He must be related to him in some way.  He started working in the WWASP programs right after high school. Lived in the St George area - that's where Dixie College is.   Does anyone know?  It's just interesting because so many  of these people in WWASP are connected by blood or marriage.....
