PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in the Juab County Commission Chambers located at 160 North Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a request from Mark Sudweeks to operate a Boarding School on property he owns in the southwest part of Section 32 T13S, R1E, S.L.B. & M.

Gee, I wonder what they're doing w/ the property now?  :roll: "Requirement" is really sort of a strong term for the importance of licensing in Utah, isn't it? More a licensing suggestion, I guess.
