Filing a Petition
« on: March 17, 2005, 06:04:00 PM »
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, yyyessss...

Coming here is like a pure acid diet. It invokes a very dark and silly sense of humor not to be taken slightly.

Alot of folks keep mentioning suit filing. So, does anyone here actually know how to file a suit? Uhuh? No way! Hold on, Hold ON!  You say you don't know how to file a suit or a petition on your behalf or others like yourself.

If you did know how to file a petition against former Straight folks or the government, or if you know someone who does, ask them to comment here to this post. If you or they leave some contact information I would like to discuss the filing of a suit/petition against all the creators who were involved with the making and continuance of Straight Inc. Okay?

...have discovered several statutes here that we would discuss if we meet with a licensed legal assistant or the like.

Furthermore, is there a walkthrough on the net that shows how an average citizen like myself can file a suit/petition, step by step? I have been to my local legal library and its way too complicated. I wish I knew someone who could write the petition, its defense, and all of it.

If you know how to write a suit filing, please help me by walking me through it. Thank you.

Any lawyer can file a suite. Some will file damned near suite if you pay them enough. But I think what you want is a successful suite, right? Well, for that you need a GOOD lawyer w/ a GOOD plan. So far, the best lawyers any of us have asked have either tried and failed or couldn't come up w/ a good enough plan so they never filed.

I hope it happens one day, but I'm not holding my breath.
