Too close to Stoughton

Stumbled acrossed the page. Can't say I'm too thrilled. Actually after reading through the posts I realize now that "being over" Straight has all been an illusion. I never got over it, the nightmares are right there. Haven't slept a decent night of sleep in a week now.

I was incarcerated in '89 I think.. maybe '88. I recognize some names, although I doubt many if any will remember me. I kept a low profile when I could. It's good to know those of you who are alive... well... are!

Just saying hi... perhaps I'll spew more later. Creation knows there is alot to spew.

Catch you all on the flip side,

Thom

Wlecome. I know there have been some Stoughton ppl around here before. But I don't know who all has hung around. If you want, I can sometimes locate ppl if you show me what they posted. I can't give out their info., but I can pass yours along.

The right of self-defense is the first law of nature . . and when the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited, liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.

Welcome from a former Stoughton survivor!  It is kind of shocking to find this board and all of the information available on the internet. My best advice is to take things slowly if you can.  How long were you "detained" at the Stoughton facility?  There are a couple of threads on the forum where Stoughton folks post, but they are few are far between.
