Mr. Fucknut---I don't know Mark Wasserman but your argument is ridiculous.  First off, the Brown schools bought CEDU from Mel Wasserman, not Mark.

Second, it was up to Brown to do what is called in the law "due diligence" before they bought CEDU---unless Wasserman did something illegal to make his properties look profitable when they weren't---it's just tough shit for Brown.

Third the schools were in fact able to be profitable---as past evidence at CEDU and the present evidence of a bunch of CEDU clones show--that Brown buggered the whole thing up by trying to cater to the market with a lot of badly thought-out changes and to manage from Texas is hardly the Wassermans' fault.

You sound like the kind of litigious prick who is always running around crying after making a bad business deal and clogging up the courts with your histrionics.  The reason we need tort reform in this country
