This is posted in regard to Bethel Academy, also known as Bethel Boys Academy located in Lucedale, Mississippi. Proprietors are John and Josh Fountain. This operation is still closely tied to its founder and former director Herman Fountain.
Bethel has been in the spotlight of controversy for many years as a facility that has been guilty of parent, child and employee abuse.
This new site is devoted to helping in the effort to either restrict Bethel's operation, make parents stop sending kids there or just get Bethel shut down.
You can post an article, web link, chronicle of child or staff abuse. Just be sure what you ask Rod to post is accurate and truthful.
There can never be too many sources for info about Bethel as long as that facility remains open in the Fountain's custody.
