Hey Greg-
this is Kate B. and I was in E-7 when Jenn came there.  I was very close with her too.  I actually remember feeling kind of bad that she came to our house because I immediately saw the impact she had with us, and I knew that that also meant that E-8 had suffered a severe loss with her gone.  She emailed me about six months ago- and she sounded happy.  I know that she is in Colorado.  She also warned me that she doesn't check her email very often- so even if I were to respond to her I might not hear back from her for a long time.  If I do hear from her I will be sure to let you know somehow.

I talk to Jenn H quite often via email and phone calls. She doesnt live in colorodo, rather wyoming. She is doing well and loves her job. She works as a director at a ski resort. Jenn was one of my favs from e-8. She was originally from e7. i pushed clare into getting her, then clare pushed tania. she was awesome. She even drove me down to my hometown in Ct and got me enrolled in college.she paid my binder fee out of her own pocket. This is when i was sd from coor of the sc. Man, did she have a lot to say to me then...we are still close

jenn h was definately my favorite staff member.  she always seemed to care so much, and she was really one of the only people i had respect for.  i used to always feel so guilty when i fucked up cuz i knew she would be disapointed.  I also liked missy but those were the only ones really that i actually liked rather than feared.  oh and drew.  i always liked him.

I was on pulling sleep when Jenn H announced her going to elan seven and I just went to my "dorm" and cried, yeah that really sucked, but she did come back and that really didn't suck.

Greg, I do remember that, and I think it was just because of how serious you were there. But everyone always knew who to go to if they needed to really talk or get something done. The only ppl crying at my grad were my contracts. lol. Oh and I think maybe missy but when she started she put on her sunglasses. Claire left in the middle of my graduation, made me sad because I wanted to say something to her. I don't know why she left.

Oh, whoops, thought you were someone else, but while I'm writing you anyway, how was Elan 7 at the time you were there? You know, I came to visit in 98 I think, although I didn't get to speak to very many people. Maybe you remember? I came with this guy Lou (he had been in E8 some time after my time). We drove up from college. I stopped into E-7 for a few hours, and spoke to the house briefly. Anyway, just wondering how the staff was. Were they super strict? Did they still have VR's and knocking and all that?

VRs and knocking in 98? Yeah definately. I remember there was like a month I was at elan around 97 98 where there was a ring or two daily. Mostly for the same people. Why the hell did the put 5 foot tall Mitvhel in the ring with Brian Burr anyways. I liked Brian but he was really fucking rough. Anyone remeber when mitch layed on the floor in a ring and marc rosenburg told brian to it was okay to beat his head into the ground? And mitchs face was just bouncing off the tile. Then missy said ALRIGHT THATS ENOUGH. God Missy kicked so much ass.
