For a long time I thought about this subject.  Man, the anger festered in me.  I just wanted to know what I would have been like if I had simply been allowed to live life through its natural course.  I believe the power of my Soul would have guided me through my young adolescent foolishness.  I just never got the chance to test the theory.  So I was very very angry.  However, thoughts of Revenge and Anger only breed more anger and it festers like a Cancer.

For years I would ask myself if I was finally free of the Cult.  It was a long time before I could answer yes.

I see some attacking the place and some defending the place on this forum. My opinion is that we are both incorrect.  What we are really attacking or defending is not CEDU school.
(actually the "idea" of CEDU is really quite small and insignificant in the general scope of the world.)- in other words nobody cares.

The place is just a social experiment where uneducated morons in power get their chance to exploit the weak and attempt various mind control experiments.

What we attack or defend when we consider CEDU school is NOT the human beings commiting attrocities to innocent children but the Totalitarian philosophy; the absolute power of ANY system of government to control the religion, philosophy, equal access to education and justice, and quality medical care.

Fascism was not destroyed in W.W.II.  It lives on in CEDU school.

Freedom is a right, but it is something we must continually fight for.

I hope beyond hope that all of us realize that as long as any children still suffer under the mini-Hitlers and Duces at CEDU school, then we all still suffer, because it is not the school that created and creates human suffering, -it's the IDEA.

Drug War tells us everyone's body is common property
to be managed by the central government for our own
good, even if it kills us.  This is Communism!

I'm on the fence, I came in there a mess and really incapable of working. I learned to apply myself and became very successful. I was tops in my class in honors mathematics at UC Berkeley after leaving. However, all the psychobabble, raps, etc. didn't seem to help. I didn't stay sober until I got into AA which is free. I realize you or others may be able to handle drugs/alcohol but I can't. I smoke one joint today and tomorrow I'm prepping a fix of H. But CEDU helped me in certain ways and harmed me in others. I know also many people who were there have committed suicide which just reinforces my opinion that they should listen to their John Lennon hero and do away with all the mind games.

I want to stick it to these places legitimately. There should be federal legislation regulating the way these places are operated. See this thread and feel free to chime in:

I remember various suicide attempts and the occasional success. I think. the truth is so many things got swept under the carpet I can't accurately remember everything.

Life is a very wonderful thing.\' said Dr. Branom... \'The processes of life, the make- up of the human organism, who can fully understand these miracles?... What is happening to you now is what should happen to any normal healthy human organism...You are being made sane, you are being made healthy.

Very well put, Brian. I agree w/ your assessment 100%.

Cold and cynical as it may seem to some, I don't actually care all that much about saving the individual people currently involved in these cults or about wiping the cults themselves from the face of the Earth. Not that I approve, mind you. But I just accept that there is evil in the world, always has been and will be. If I were to dedicate myself to rescuing individuals, there are quite a number of situations that would have to take priority. The little kid who's being repeatedly raped or pimped out by relatives, for example, or unjustly convicted people sentenced to an 80% chance of contracting a deadly disease under incarceration.

There are two reasons why the Troubled Parent industry is such a high priority for me.

First, because I understand it; having lived in the culture for most of my childhood. I hope that anyone who's been through a program would at least consider whether or not they have an obligation to help raise a proper hew and cry.

Second, because I've realized in recent years that there's no escaping their influence. Not for me, not for my kids or my grandkids or anyone else. These crazy bastards actually carry a whole lot of sway in matters of public policy. As dangerous as they are to kids on a personal level behind their closed doors, how much more dangerous are they w/ the power of the legislature behind them? In the UK, they're developing and testing a "vaccine" to prevent the enjoyment of certain unpatentable drugs. And they're doing it w/ funding from NIDA; the original funding source for The Seed and Straight and, quite likely, CEDU. Same idiots have been crop dusting Columbia and Bolivia w/ fucking Agent Orange for YEARS! What will they think of next, federally mandatated mental health screening?

I think it's absolutely vital to the survival of the Republic that we focus some attention on these dangerous lunatics before they can do a whole lot more harm.

Distrust all in whom the impulse to punish is powerful.
--Friedrich Nietzsche
