Believe it or not; I agree with Deb on this.
However, I do have my reasons for remaining under the bag. I have thought about it, and decided under the circumstances, this is best. I did hate it at first - but I've grown accustomed to it.

the government has in place travel warnings and possible state by state guidelines about sending minors to schools abroad because of abuse at these places.  in a lot of states now child protective services steps in and wont allow kids to go to these places, but as always their are ways to get around it
