I don't know about your place but is Sarasota the 7th steppers usualy never came in but for open meeting or a refresher. Now prior to the 7th step they were 5th phasers and that was when you got the brunt of the shit from future 7th steppers. I never 7th stepped, but if I did I am certain that during those times and the brutality I suffered I would have been broken too and would have complied with my captures, by what ever means they deemed necessary.
The problem I have with the 7th step society ect.. is that after 20 or so years with the knowledge we have gained and with the studies now being published......
HOW CAN YOU SAY IT WAS A GOOD PLACE HOW CAN THEY DEFEND IT?
How can anyone after all these years believe that what happened to all of us was OK??? That it saved our lives??? Made us better people???
This is why I am angry. I am angry at the fact that people still defend this CRAP.
When I run into straightlings, and I do quite often, I give them a chance to be human. I could attack them as I have seen others do, but I find it easier and less stressful to let them sink themselves.
People are blind just like I was. There was one time in my life that I thought I was the sick one and that straight was great...... After YEARS of therapy and well just becoming wiser, I found the truth. Just as I am sure that eventualy it will come to light that others who still defend the Straights will become aware and thats when they need us most. So I try (and not always with success) to be nice and hope that they are just afraid of the fact that everything they beleived throughout their life has been based on a lie and abuse. Hell I pitty them.
