begging for work on the internet is sort of pathetick dude. you're bigger than that, so go DO IT.

thanks DAd, but u know i have the only way to get a job like that in philly is if somone "has to die" that is a quote from a current camera man at center city film and video, i have sent out over 150 emails with my resume to various places from here to la, to london, to even vancouver.. not as easy u might think, and most the work that i do get i do from home, hence the close proximity to my computer..

Jordan,

The film industry is probably the most unstable and competitive business in the market. Once you're through with you project, they're through with you and you have to go look for another job. Is it possible to be hired permanently as a producer? Of course it is, but you gotta be THE PRODUCER, there are few steady positions available. I'm sure you already know about all this stuff. My point is: Chances are, you might have to open your mind and look for whatever work is available at the moment. Eventually something better will come along, but for now... you need to make a living, right? Even it's a job that you happen to be overqualified for, you should just take it for now.

Dude, I'm impressed! Bush has totally fucked you guys over, didn't he? When I used to live in the US (2 and a half years ago), there were people moving to the US from all over the Americas to find work. The levels of unemployment were a lot lower than the rest of America (except Canada, i think). The presidential elections are coming up, you guys need to put a competent person in charge so he/she could follow up after Bush's mess. It's a shame! It really is. Hopefully, when I come over to visit, Bush will be far far gone!

  Peace!

jordan, i appreciate the comparison but i aint your daddy.
my advice for what its worth...cop to your guilt and clean up your mess.
you are 100% wrong from what i have just heard...(not from your dad, but someone even closer than that).
the jist being this dude...you did something, (you know what it is) worse than one (but just as unforgivable)who also was sacked, recently. look to yourself , if your life sux. you chose it, you make it happen on a daily basis, you enable it. so when are you going to cop to it already?
we had some good times up in maine...too bad you forgot all the good things elan taught us. stop trying to be like the losers on this site..( they know who they are, too). you have everything going for you, why throw it all away because your pride is hurt?
pablo....come to florida!

who the hell are u then? what are u talkin about "We had some good times in maine" whats with the vague and evasive responses, how am i even supposed to consider ur advice, (let alone argue with it) if u dont identify yourself.. u imply that u are someone i know, then grow the fuck up and indetify yourself, unless of course its good ole DAD vicariously trying to point me in (what he thinks is) the right direction) by posting what u did, i feel u are obligated to identify urself.. ok, i mean if u heard this from someone closer than my father, the who was it? cop to ur guilt and clean up ur mess? what guilt, what mess? if im not mistakenm u sound just like my father and im a fool to belive that u arent unless u identify urself, stop taunting me.. btw at least im mature enough not to pretend im someone else in this exchange of posts..
