The therapists were in a CEDU owned practice as seperate from the schools at RMA, BCA, NWA up until about 2001-2002, then they "integrated" the therapists with the program to try to make the therapists conform to, and agree to, program rules and staff bullshit.
When they integrated program and clinical they made us additionally the parent communicators as well as therapists. They figured that this would force us to go along with the staff mental torture within the program. We did not, and we told the parents the truth - as ethics would demand. This drove numbers down and lost the schools money. When the truth hurts rather than helps, the system is very sick. So, we tried to get them to be humane, ethical, and hire a better more empathetic and less power mongering staff (and get rid iof the idiots - about 80% of them). They chose instead to attack us for not going along with the program and not "BUYING IN." We told them to go to hell, and consequently we were instantly replaced with more nieve trusting therapists who would would soon know hell and all its demons - CEDU.
