Yea Dan what is the point, this is just as crazy as what went on at elan. If its a trial you want then go about it the right way after all we do live in a country where the courts judge if ones guilty or not. Not message boards and posting address that could end up hurting someone! Thats just wrong.

Public info is public info. And the IVth estate of government plays an important role in our justice system. That's why freedom of speech is the very first item in the Bill of Rights. I would recomend to people who go around tormenting innocent kids to have the good sense to get unlisted numbers. But, aparently, this guy didn't have the good sense.

That said, I sincerely hope that no one will act on any violent impulse toward this guy. Not for his sake, mind you. But because you probably couldn't give him anywhere near what he deserves and would likely land up in the very cage where he belongs. That would be tragic. We've all had enough tragedy. What we need is justice.

While I agree public is public these address have been post here where we all know the hate runs deep its a game to some but there might be some out there who take it to far God forbid anything ever did happen... What ever you might think about our justice system dosnt matter we live here and there are laws and steps that need to be taken.    
 I just find posting addresses and phone numbers pointless and looking for trouble.

Everyone is equally entitled to say whatever they want to and equally entitled to any response that might elicit. Opposing views don't limit your freedom of speech. If I were the least bit inclined to stifle your speach, there's a delete key on my keyboard and I know how to use it. I rarely ever do, only in cases of criminal activity like posting of kiddie porn, public posting of private info and wonton commercial advertising.

Go ahead and rage against the machine. But public posting of public info is not criminal and doesn't make the poster responsible for the actions of another. You're free to disagree with it and try to pursued others to your way of thinking. But calling opposing views infringement of free speech isn't going to wash with me. I know the difference (lived it, remember?)
