Subpoena:a judicial writ requiring a person to appear in court to give testimony .

There are many former residents of the Elan School that would gladly testify in a court of law as to the fraud that the Elan school commited by taking money for their care and treatment.

Many states would be obligated to "subpoena " their former clients that were sent to the Elan School and were warehoused in abusive conditions that constituted as treatment, in order to get the said states' money back. Fraud is fraud and it continued for about 37 years

It is good to see that the word "Subpoena" albeit misspelled , being bandied about because that generally means that there is an investigation going on into the criminal activities of the Elan School, that lasted for about 37 years.

Not to mention co-mingling Elan School monies with racetrack monies. Question did states' monies go towards the racetrack that Joe ricci bought in 1979 , instead of hiring clinically trained professionals to work with abused and at risk children? Or did the Elan School launder profits from the Scarbrough Downs racetrack that Joe Ricci bought in 1979? These are but a few of the questions that might be or could be better yet should be asked of the principals of the Elan School.

There are many questions , legal questions, that someone say like Louis Freeh could ask and many states attorney generals and prosecutors could ask of individuals "subpoenaed" in a case concerning the Elan School.
