I wonder which residential program those six graduates came from. No staff are listed on Jubilee's website.

What Is Jubilee?Mission StatementProviding a Christ-centered community where youth can find a new beginnings!
Vision StatementThe Biblical vision of Jubilee focuses on the outsider, the weak, the defenseless, the marginalized, the outcast, and those young men who struggle in life's journey. Jubilee brings in those young men who need a second chance and gives them the opportunity and tools for a successful comeback.
The goal of Jubilee is to help those that are struggling and are on the outside or cast out to bring them into a community where they can grow in every area of their life and gradually move away from dependency to relative stability as contributing members of their families and the communities where they live.
Jubilee is and investment restoring wholeness to young men with broken lives, broken relationships, with God, self and others.
Principals of Operation- Teaching and modeling that the divine image of God is within all human beings. As image bearers of God we will strive to treat others and ourselves in such a way that honors each person's unique expression of the character of God.
- Putting Christ first in all we do.
- Building a staff that is intentionally diverse in the areas of race, gender, socio-economics, and denominational affiliation within the Christian tradition in order to practice God's reconciling love with one another, and become better equipped to reach out to a diverse and often excluded population.
- Evoking the gifts and talents of each member, on which authority and responsibility are based, in order to carry out the corporate call among hurting youth and build up the body of Christ.
- Seeking to become effective stewards of the use of money and power in our lives.

History of JubileeJubilee was founded In 1995 when a group of individuals responding to the need to serve God through serving struggling teens was formed. The mission group felt God calling them to reach out to hurting families through the development of a comprehensive ministry in the State of Washington.
In June of 1995, Jubilee was born; an experienced staff along with six graduates of a residential program came and started a new home for troubled teens. Around this nucleus, other staff and young people were slowly invited to join, while new facilities were being prepared to house both a boarding school and ranch. Jubilee had eight graduates its first year, and over half went on to college.
By June of 1997, separate dormitories for young men and women (each for as many as 50 students), the cafeteria, the administration building (which houses the school and church) and new staff homes were completed. By August, Jubilee had 26 residents, and we are continuing to add youth. Jubilee added to its staff a new pastor and executive director, counseling director, and principal. Additional staff was also added, allowing Jubilee to add a cattle operation, horses, and many other small animals.
Working with young men and their issues is the constant thread in the lives of those who are involved with Jubilee Fellowship. Sharing from their own struggles as young people and as families, the Jubilee staff is offering a blessing to others, in hopes that it will foster healing and wholeness, meaning and connectedness to God and a diverse community of people who know how to love and work with one another in Jesus' name.
