The Current Drive for One World Government

by J. R. Church

In 1994, an economic summit was held in Miami, Florida, which could cause Americans to lose control of their own destiny. Proponents of FTAA (Free Trade Area of the Americas) say it will improve our economy. But opponents say we will lose our constitutional government and become enslaved to a world bureaucracy.

The Current Drive for One World Government
In 1994, an economic summit was held in Miami, Florida, which could cause Americans to lose control of their own destiny. At that time, a proposal was set forth to establish free trade throughout the western hemisphere. It was called "Free Trade Area of the Americas" (FTAA). Proponents called it "a bold move to foster economic progress, enhance domestic prosperity, and raise living standards."

The goal is to open the borders for "free trade" all the way from Canada in the North, to Argentina in the South, using a single currency. However, opponents say that the proposal is shrouded in deception and misrepresentation. Upon close examination, it was learned that the real objective is to consolidate power, not to expand prosperity.

The FTAA would bring all of the nations in this hemisphere, especially the United States, under the control of a new "regional authority," having none of the checks and balances of our constitution. To accomplish this globalist goal for political control, a step-by-step plan would dismantle every government in favor of a single union, similar to the current move toward the European Union.

The ultimate goal is to establish ten of these regional power blocks around the world. The uniting of all nations in Europe is simply the prototype for uniting North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, etc., until the United Nations goal for dividing up the world into ten political/economic regions (ten kingdoms) is achieved.

Remember the dream of the Babylon-ian king, Nebuchadnezzar? The man in his dream represented the "times of the Gentiles." It consisted of a head of gold (Babylon), arms of silver (Medo-Persia), a belly of brass (Greece), legs of iron (Rome), and feet with ten toes mixed with iron and clay. The ten toes of a future world government will enslave the world.

Such a proposal was first introduced in 1974, in a report by a group called "The Club of Rome," published in their book, Mankind At the Turning Point. The United Nations has been sponsoring this move toward world government ever since.

Under the FTAA, Americans would lose control of their property, suffer taxation by anti-American socialist bureaucrats, and watch helplessly as standards of justice (i.e., Bill of Rights) are trampled. National borders would cease to exist.

The promise for greater prosperity is merely the bait for an internationalist trap that would destroy America?s middle class and undermine any opportunity for the people of Latin America to increase their standards of living.

Sound incredible? Our congress is currently drafting legislation to make it happen as soon as next year! Implementation is scheduled for 2005.

This is a link to information about the Illuminati in America today.

Its interesting.

Some of you post program people will reconise some aspects of what is discribed.

What is discribed is not what I have in past reading on the subject understood the Illuminatti to be.

I have in the past thought of the Illuminatti as a very few very powerful people at the higest point of the secreat society web.

This link maintains something different; but the basic history, and agenda remains as always, the New World Order."

Thanks KayZee.

I want to address another misconception. That is, the one that the Illuminists know that they are evil. When I was in the group, I and those around me were idealogically committed to the agenda as being GOOD. I thought I was helping others reach their full potential when I was a trainer.

This could be anyone, including any Christian or other religion.

Even more to the point:
Quote
Most Illuminists I knew weren't evil, they were deceived. Only the top leadership perhaps were consciously being hurtful.

No, I don't think that's so. I think there's a certain mystique surrounding ppl higher up in any heirachy and that they seem to be more in control (and therefore more complicit) than those at our own or lower levels. But it's just more smoke and mirrors. At the end of the day, we're all born naked, bloody and screaming and we all, but a lucky few, go down in similarly undignified fashion.

"From the bottom of any large organization looking up through the ranks, human greed and stupidity look a lot like a conspiracy."
--S. Gilbert

Is uniformity [of opinion] attainable? Millions of innocent men, women, and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burnt, tortured, fined, imprisoned; yet we have not advanced one inch towards uniformity. What has been the effect of coercion? To make one half the world fools, and the other half hypocrites.

Antigen,
I agree with your assessment of the statements and could point out a bit more.
I am not trying to suggest anything in the link is true; just interesting, If your interested in this subject.

On a related note; Did you happen to catch the A&E Bio on Jim Jones last night?
That too, was interesting. A couple of "defectors" used some interesting language.
One young woman was describing how even your parents would 'come after you' if you complained, b/c that was being negative. They weren't allowed to be negative.

(Commentary updated at bottom of page)
Another step closer to the new world order

by Michael G. Mickey

(6-24-04)

Recently, the United Nations has been upset with the United States over its refusal to participate in the International Criminal Court, but that is about to change, as documented in a Globe and Mail article.

According to the article, the United States, which has traditionally opposed placing its soldiers in jeopardy of an international community that is becoming more and more anti-American in sentiment, has agreed to submit to the United Nations a compromise that will, if accepted by the UN Security Council, result in U.S. soldiers being exempt from international prosecution for only one more year. After that, the International Criminal Court will have the authority to bring charges against U.S. soldiers - a frightening prospect.

On May 6, 2002, as documented in a BBC news story, the United States delivered a letter to the United Nations stating it would not consider itself bound to a treaty former President Bill Clinton had earlier signed in support of the International Criminal Court.

At the time, the position of the Bush administration was it didn't want its soldiers and diplomats placed in a position where they could be brought before an international court to be tried for war crimes or crimes against humanity. I suspect, largely as a result of the backlash caused by the recent Abu Ghraib prisoner abuses in Iraq, the Bush administration has decided to flip-flop on the issue in John Kerry-like fashion to appease an international community which still resents the invasion of Iraq which led to the abuses.

As I state here often, there are very few events that draw large scale media attention that are insignificant in the end times we're living in. As odd as it may sound, I believe the irresponsible and inexcusable actions of a few U.S. soldiers in Iraq have placed the entire military and diplomatic wing of the United States government in position to potentially be judged by an international court which will scrutinize every minute detail of their actions in an attempt to discredit and bring harm to the United States. Trust me when I say there is a global conspiracy underway to weaken the United States and strip it of its superpower status.

The United States has many enemies. Some of them are hiding in mountainous caves in Afghanistan while others are hiding in palaces, mansions, and governmental headquarters around the world. Some of them are even in New York! No, I'm not referring to Senator Clinton. I'm talking, of course, about the peace-loving United Nations headquartered in New York.

The leaders of the international community, whether they consciously know it or not, are bringing us closer and closer to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy concerning a global government that will take control of the earth in the aftermath of the Rapture of the Church during the Tribulation Period to come. How are they doing so? By supporting the creation and utilization of a court which will have jurisdiction over all the nations of the earth!

Next year, if the United Nations accepts the United States' compromise proposal to join the world in support of the International Criminal Court after one more year of immunity from international prosecution, United States soldiers, diplomats and leaders will live under the threat of prosecution from an international court.

In 2005, it seems highly likely we're going to take yet another step closer to the new world order.

6-25-04 UPDATE

The United States has already surrendered to the will of the international community by dropping its plan to introduce a Security Council resolution that could have extended prosecutorial immunity to its armed forces for one more year, according to a United Nations story.

I ended this commentary written, ironically, the day after the United States surrendered to the United Nations by saying it seemed likely we were going to take another step closer to the new world order in 2005.

STEP TAKEN!

From World Net Daily News Report

------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted: June 4, 2004
1:00 a.m. Eastern

The 50th anniversary conference of the elite Bilderberg group ? which many believe conspires semi-annually to foster global government ? is under way in Stresa, Italy.
The conference, which began yesterday and will run through Sunday, is being hosted at the Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees.

Since 1953, the Bilderberg group has convened government, business, academic and journalistic representatives from the U.S., Canada and Europe with the express purpose of exploring the future of the North Atlantic community.

According to sources that have penetrated the high-security meetings in the past, the Bilderberg meetings emphasize a globalist agenda and promote the idea that the notion of national sovereignty is antiquated and regressive.

'Shadowy aura'

"It's officially described as a private gathering," noted a BBC report last year, "but with a guest list including the heads of European and American corporations, political leaders and a few intellectuals, it's one of the most influential organizations on the planet."

And according to a current BBC report on the conference in Stresa: "Not a word of what is said at Bilderberg meetings can be breathed outside. No reporters are invited in and while confidential minutes of meetings are taken, names are not noted. The shadowy aura extends further ? the anonymous answerphone message, for example; the fact that conference venues are kept secret. The group, which includes luminaries such as Henry Kissinger and former UK chancellor Kenneth Clarke, does not even have a website."

But, counter participants, the secrecy is not evidence of a grand conspiracy, but only an opportunity to speak frankly with other world leaders out of the limelight of press coverage and its inevitable repercussions.

"There's absolutely nothing in it," argues the UK's Lord Denis Healey, one of the four founders of Bilderberg. "We never sought to reach a consensus on the big issues at Bilderberg," he told the BBC. "It's simply a place for discussion."

Here is the partial guest list of the current meeting obtained by WorldNetDaily ? which includes Senators John Edwards, D-N.C. and Jon Corzine, D-N.J., Henry Kissinger, Richard Perle, Melinda Gates (wife of Bill Gates), David Rockefeller, Timothy F. Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Donald Graham, chairman and CEO of the Washington Post Company, and even Ralph Reed, former head of the Christian Coalition:

In addition, according to the Bilderberg.org website, two reporters ("rapporteurs") from the British publication The Economist will also be attending: Gideon Rachman, Brussels correspondent, and Adrian D. Wooldridge, the magazine's foreign correspondent.

That may afford slightly more transparency than in the past. In 1998, British free-lance journalist Campbell Thomas attempted to cover the conference in Turnberry, Scotland, for the Daily Mail. Thomas began by seeking the opinions of neighbors to the secret meeting being held nearby. One of those was a young woman who told him he was in the hotel's staff quarters and should leave immediately, which he did. A short while later, two local police officers arrested Thomas, who reportedly remained in custody for eight hours.

British journalist Jon Ronson, who is the author of a book on Bilderberg, had this to say: "I'm a sort of semi-conspiracy theorist when it comes to Bilderberg because I think they wouldn't go to that much trouble of having this incredibly expensive international conference every year and they'd go to all this trouble to keep themselves out of the press and be really secret and invite the world's most powerful people if it was just a chat and a game of golf, which is basically what they say it is. So I do think they have some impact on world affairs."

Some observers are even speculating that President Bush will make an appearance at this year's event, just as Bill Clinton did at the group's 2000 meeting. By coincidence, it just happens that Bush will be in Italy over the weekend ?

Its not, not believing in a future, to believe in the concept of the rapture; Or in the rule of a diabolical world leader; or in the Second Coming at which point the future begins anew.
Its just believing that these things are part of the future; and that many of the preceding events as told by the Christ and the prophets are taking place before our eyes.

I personally would advise trusting no one with your future, except the architect of all -Yeshua ha Messiah
