Regarding Paul's latest post

At NO TIME did anyone represent themselves as an attorney. That is illegal. May i suggest those of you who tend to read a bit too fast go back and look over my posts. I have ACCESS to legal minds of the highest calibre. Any misunderstandings are purely that..misunderstandings.
As to our progress: I have spoken to a former judge who is looking into the matter and will supply me with a referral to a plaintiff firm to litigate or not litigate as the case may be. There is alot of discovery to be done and someone has to pay for it. Right now its me. I put my money where my mouth is. Has anyone else stepped up to the plate on your behalf? We are going to try to accomplish something. There are no guarantees or promises being made here. We want to make a documentary...If anyone has seen "Rich Kids" - that is the basic format i see this shaping up as. But anything can happen...art tends to develop a mind of its own. But thats our thinking right now. I have no idea if this site is monitered by Elan staff. It would be good business on their part to see whats going on ..and we know how well these cats do business. They've been giving us the business for years and getting away with it. My aim is to stop them or at least change them and others of their ilk. We cant do it alone...yes we need you. Of course we need you. Paul...you are a master of the obvious. What about that nice chat we had this afternoon. You seem now to be back to casting aspersions. Maybe YOU work for elan??! This is going to be my last post here. Ive said my piece. Either you want to TRY for some satisfaction or you want to just come on here and bitch for the sake of bitching. If you arent going to be part of the solution...please dont be part of the problem. We are being innundated with people with stories to tell. Real people with real proof of what happened to them.
I have no time for whiners and complainers without the guts to take a good shot at making a difference. Read the other posts...we dont want no steenking money...we want to make our point. Can you wrap your minds around that?

many here know how long paul has been posting and what his posts r all about J. Paul is not in the employment of elan. Dont offend those that have been posting here longer then you and working for the same goals, thats not cool and will only get people bashing you further.
Dont stop posting J or they have done there job, why dont you share some experiences with us??

That is because you are a tricky person, in so far as you see everything as either for your agenda, and so right, or against your agenda and so wrong.. I have no problem with you.  I was offerring my suggestions to people who I have posted with for some time now, and many whom I have spoken with on a more personal level, and whom I have even networked with in small projects.  Point is.. my post had nothing to do with you persay, nor was it against you.  "If you read too fast, you might wanna read over it. " You're creating an issue here, as much as i am.

Just the record, I never said you worked for Elan, nor did I think it as a strong possibility, but rather, I only wished to know if you had inside info, as I would've liked to see if I oculd get my hands on it, or if you were just making that part up.  Now, we know ,as you admit somewhere in this post, that you actually did make it up.

Dude, I am telling ya.. Smething is not right here.  I have dealt with people like you before.  How many people do you know who say we want to help you, but if you don t do things our way, then there must be something wrong with you.. I am sure you are a very nice guy, but that is how you are coming off right now.
