Staff that is evil need to be fired from elan?Yeah like that will happen.I have seen staff come and go during my time and the reason why a handful were fired is because they didn't play mid fuck games with the students.That is elan's purpose, to mind fuck discipline on students.
Jeff Gottlieb lives for it, and his purpose and what got him out of bed every morning was he couldn't wait to run a GM or mind fuck someone.

When Tania put in a job application for elan they asked her " Will you uphold all discipline and be very strict on enforcing it?" If one likes to enforce punishment then you already have one foot in the door to work at elan.Every single staff member that is employed there has no degree whats so ever.Hell, some of them don't even have a HS diploma.Sad, real fuckin sad.
