Why is it every time you sockpuppets get caught up in deep logical fallacies you call the person who points it out "angry"?  Do they teach this rhetorical style in programs or what?  You all have the same pattern.

All I said was you are an irrational sockpuppet.  Where's the anger? :rasta:

Ahhhh....but I'm not here claiming that nobody reads Fornits.  I know they do.  I post here because I know people read this forum.  You post here because you know they won't?

That's irrational, sockpuppet.  If you thought nobody would read your posts, you wouldn't be here attention-whoring all the time, would ya?  If you truly believed nobody would read your posts, you wouldn't waste your time posting them.  You're FOS, buddy.

Now how it is supposed to read;

Oh, you just gave us a golden nugget into your ego-maniacal mind. What a projection; "If "I" thought nobody would read "my" posts, "I" wouldn't be here attention-whoring all the time, would "I"?  If "I" truly believed nobody would read "my" posts, "I" wouldn't waste "my" time posting them."

Dysfunction this is you and you know it. I wish I had your PM's you sent me a few months back, "you know the ones".

You grandiose son of a gun.

If this clown wants to say he got something outta "sucking the program cock," then I guess that's his business.

I haven’t read many of your posts.  As far as I know, TT, you only have the perspective of one program.  There are hundreds out there.  Reading your post readers can perceive your statement a couple of  ways.  One is that those staff people must have been real ass holes to not let you eat, sleep or shit.  Two you must have been a real ass hole for them to have to resort to such actions.

When only one side of the story is reveled we are left to wonder why someone would act this way.

I had a kid in grade school early on who would wipe his feces on the inside of the stall.  He obviously had behavior/anger issues.  Finally the teacher just made him stay in his seat and crap in his pants.  It was probably better to send him home that way then have to clean up his mess.  He was finally removed from school so I don’t know what happened to him.

But he could be out there somewhere telling a story about how this teacher made him crap in his pants and wouldn’t let him go to the bathroom.  When you only get part of the story it just makes us wonder.

You are starting to take on the mentality of everyone else here.  Step back and don’t be so quick to just assume that everything bad that happens is the fault of the staff.  People should start to question why things go down as they do.

Look Paul,  if you are sitting in a restaurant with your wife or a date and a waiter came up and punched you in the face.  Wouldn’t you want to know why?  Would you just ignore wanting to know the reason the waiter punched you and just say “Wow this restaurant is very abusive “.  You would go through life telling this story to people and they may say:  "Why did the waiter punch you in the face?"... you would respond:  "I never thought to ask, restaurants must be abusive in general, I do most of my eating at home now".

Sure, but if everyone else you told about your experience had similar stories, and your's was not an isolated incident,
then you just might want stay home to eat.

My common sense tells me to stay out of this argument, but I'm feeling reckless and impulsive.  At my age that means butting into an online argument, which is sad and I'll ponder on that later.
I've said this before and I'll rehash it now.  One can only speak about his/her own experience.  I'll agree with Whooter, Danny and Suck It and say that not all programs are bad, not all programs are abusive, and many kids are helped through programs.  As I saw on an earlier thread, many people suggested reasonable questions to ask treatment centers and encouraged all parents to do their due diligence.  I applaud that.
However, when someone does post an abusive incident and is flippantly dismissed by the Fornits mafia, or even applauded by the opposing Fornits mafia in order to prove their agenda on an ongoing argument, it makes for a bitter experience on this forum.  Although I see Suck It's POV on giving two sides to each story, I still balk a bit because there are people who claim abuse with a legitimate claim.  I agree that there may be a lot of one-sided stories, but if you dismiss all claims as being so, you are inadvertently dismissing the legitimate ones.
My opinion, for what it is worth) is that people should be aware that abuse can exist and that treatment may or may not be successful.  That way, parents can hone in on subtle differences in their child's behavior in order to prevent these situations.  I think, ultimately, everyone on this forum wants for all teenagers to succeed and become better people.  I also believe that one bad experience does not discredit the many good ones.

Very well put. I must apologize for my abrupt comments back a few weeks ago, on another thread. I can be a bit defensive at times. I have been working on my posting demeanor for several weeks now and will continue from here out.
I also want to see more debating of opinions in a less vulgar behavior here. I also know it starts with me.
There are so many topics brought up here on this site, that the conversation could be endless. I have learned much from folks here as I hope they have from me.
We do not have to have two camps that are enemies, bitter and angry with one another. This is a decision made by us not a inherent condition as some would believe.
As you said "JaredsMom" we in essence want the same thing for the kids, healthy honest assistance for their problems.

Just wanted to point out that the poster DannyBII is a self proclaimed alcoholic, drug addict and child abuser. Yes, he is a fine upstanding citizen whose opinion should be valued as if it were golden. No wait, dont dope fiends like Danny just lie about practically everything? yes they do.

Exactly....

Also, I might add.. I don t judge all programs.. I can t because I don t know about them.  I do however have a healthy suspicion of them.

To me it is about more then it is to you.  It is about a view of life.  It wasn t about abusive acts that were connected in a long chain.  It was about the underlying philosophy that gave rise to them. If there are good programs out there- Great!  I am not interested in them.  There is no law that saya that I have to be.  There are a lot of good things in th world, and I just don t have the time to educate myself on every one of them, and get involved.  I am only one person.  What I am interested in is exposing and putting an end to a form of evil, that I would like to this planet to be rid of.  that is where my concern is.

That is what I make my very minor contribution to.

I don t care what anybody says.  There are geniuses on this website.  People who have a uniques perspective, and cut through the bullshit.  Suck_IT is right.  A lot of the views on Fornits are unique and different, but that does not make them wrong.  The mistake that he makes is always looking at what is written as though it is all inclusive.  And you Whooter, I am just curious what your deal is.  Suck_It says that he is not an agent of damage control, but he is, whether it is his intention or not.  All you have to do to be this, is be a distraction.

Anyhow, Fornits lives on.. Life goes one, and what does Fornits accomplish?

It has accomplished a lot.. A real lot!  All ideas spread.  Fornits has contributed to making the world a better, more educated place, in at least one small way, and it has given a voice to a lot of people who had a lot to say.
