Ya"kno what is really sad about this whole nightmare is that it could have been avoided if Antigen and psy would have got off their
highly condescending assing and listened to someone. No, that can't happen b/cuz they had judged the someone not worth listening to. Funny though pull the emails that were sent to you over the last week and you have manage to plagerise everyone. I told Antigen this was going to happen, that the ship was rocking and the leader was faltering, no not enough. First it's "Thank you" (in the rules thread) and then it's basically "Fuck you". I'm puzzled as to what you're trying to get across. Ginger probably said no to the moderation of the elan forum when you asked because perhaps Felice was moderator at the time and she was making the rules. Maybe she changed her mind. I don't know. If she said "we don't deal" perhaps she perceived your request as a threat or something like it. I don't know. I'm just speculating and really shouldn't. I'm sure she'll respond here when she gets a chance.

Well that's cool since I'm not moderating the forum. It would be great to have "one of you" moderating, but who do we pick? Who gets to be in charge and who gets to make the rules? For the moment, it's most fair to everybody involved to have somebody with no relation to the issues enforcing simple rules that have as little subjectivity to them as possible and are as fair to all parties as possible (indeed you claim these rules to be fair since they are similar to the very ones you suggested). If you have any suggestions of refinements to suggest to the rules, please feel free to use that thread to voice your ideas. I'm just trying to provide a service here. Neither Ursus nor inculcated have any "horses in this race" (and frankly neither do I, other than a desire to see less fighting and more doing something constructive). Need I remind you that it was "one of you" who requested the moderation. It was "one of you" who, indeed, asked that
I be moderator. I refused that for the very fear that I would
be viewed as impartial. If you feel any of the moderators would be impartial towards any discussion, please speak up.
Just in case there are any misunderstanding, "I was requested and did ask" as a last resort to moderate under a different name and avatar, with all the same rules.
Maybe that's why ginger refused. It's a general policy round here that people who desire power (regardless of intent) generally aren't given it. It's nothing personal. When I asked to moderate the Benchmark forum back when it was started, Ginger refused, and that was probably wise given that at the time I was not ready.
I believe and so do others that this could have been done and we do not need any interference from
anyone not in our circle. Now I do not care if you want me as moderator, "damn it" it has never been about me, Mark and Sharon, I would rather see one of you then one of them. Phy, thanks for your reply to my email....you judgemental ass.
