High school students give sperm for teaching (Avisen, December 14, 2009)

Quote
The male high school students are invited to deliver a lump of semen before biology hours, so students can learn about the body.
Biology hours before the young boys between 15 and 18 years for a walk in Enerum to fill a small cup up with sperm.
It invites the biology teachers, so students can study the men's small tadpoles under a microscope, writes metroxpress.dk.
Ingelise Kahl, biology teacher at Frederiksværk Gymnasium, think it is natural.

"Of course it is fun to look at semen. It (to provide a semen sample to teaching, ed.) I tell them that they can. It is rare that they do, but it happens," she says, and adds :

"The semen should preferably not be too old or too cold. It should preferably have a body temperature, so the sample must be made in recess or in the morning hours up to biology. If the sample is too old, it can hit their manhood, as will many of sperm being dead. "

Secondary School Students Association (DGS) are aware of pupils who delivered semen samples for biology teaching.

"If students in any way face pressure, it is reprehensible. But it is voluntary, it is a good way to make teaching him in," said DGS President Bjarke Dahl Mogensen.

He stresses that it is important that the teacher checks the student's semen sample for abnormalities before it is sent around the classmate microscopes.
There is no legislation or guidelines. Therefore, DGS will now turn to the Ministry of Education with a request to look into the matter.
I guess that letting the students work in teams of both genders could boost the motivation among the student even more.
