money doesn't guarantee respectibility.

Also, just because Ken has tried to run a "legal" organiztion doesn't mean it's moral or legit.  After all, the Nazi's ran a legit, legal, nationalistic program didn't they???

Most of them got hanged didn't they???  Still hunted today, right???  Justice boys and girls.

Ken is much the same...we all know.

CALO hasn't been charged with someting illegal... yet...but we haven't seen the whole story yet have we???  More to come.

Maybe breach of fiduciary responsibilty, maybe breach of contract, maybe all of the above and then some...maybe breach of being a human being.

It's called an analogy.  Her point that legitimate/illegitimate and ethical/unethical does not equal legal/illegal.
