Allan H. Reuben, a Philadelphia lawyer and civil rights advocate, died Thursday at Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, after a long illness. He was 58 years old and lived in Elkins Park, Pa.
Mr. Reuben was a partner in the firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen. He was a member of the board of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and he was on the executive committee of the Pennsylvania Governor's Justice Commission.
He is survived by his wife, the former Gladys Winkler; a son, John of Enfield, Conn.; two daughters, Patricia Anne of Bloomington, Ind., and Catherine Ellen of Somerville, Mass., and two grandchildren.
