How they get away with it through licensing
« on: July 30, 2009, 03:19:49 AM »
HI.

Please explain to me how these gulags exploit the licensing system to pull off their crimes against humanity

Do they not bother getting govt. issued “specialty school,” or RTC licenses, or are these licenses simply worthless?

Are even the licenses awarded to traditional private schools valueless, and can even supposedly regular schools liscenced as regular schools do what is done in these “specialty schools” without indictment?

thank you

Complicated question. In many states very very little is required to register a school.  In CA, all you have to do is fill out a piece of paper and send it into the state.  Schools are not required to be accredited either and those program who are often choose dodgy fly-by-night national accrediting organizations with horrible websites... if they bother with that step at all.  Truth be told, many programs don't claim to be programs so as far as the states is concerned, it's just another school.  Many programs get around claiming to practice "counseling" by claiming they have "coaches" instead and so forth.

It isn't that complicated of a question at all. Take a moment to visualize the troubled teen industry as a swarm of flesh eating killer wasps. You as the exterminator are equipped with a limited amount of equipment, time, and ability to contain the wasps. You'll do you best to keep the infestation under control, but in the end the wasps will thrive and end up eating the exterminator's flesh.

The torturer for hire industry thrives because the government does not have the man power to  effectively regulate an industry that has grown to the size it has. It never has been able to, it never will be able to, and in the end the government's best efforts will simply add up to a pile of jack shit. Try to think back and name one industry the government has properly regulated.

Did the manage well with prohibition?

How about the savings and loans industry?

This latest government fiasco with the subprime whatever it is?

God help me, but just how is the war on drugs going?

btw.. don't ignore the fact the torturer for hire industry also thrives because a huge market exists for it as well.

With so many of these programs and an limited government ability to effectively deal with them the call for regulation equates the supporting of child abuse. Let me repeat that for those of you who don't like it when I'm being a hardass, supporting the regulation of this industry is supporting child abuse. You might not be out there abusing kids yourself, and certainly you might not want it to happen. But, the end result is the drive for regulation makes these programs legitimate in the eyes of dumb motherfucking parents who ought to be fucking skull fucked to death.

The only real option is for the organized push for total abolishment. It will take longer, it will be a harder fight, but it can be won.

Maybe not by the pussies that call themselves advocaidiots, but others who truly give a damn.

Damn skippy, this is war and you don't win a war by making compromises or leaving men/women on the field.

Give the industry no quarter, attack them every chance you get, and never... never... never play fair with them.
