These are contractual, referring back and forth to different contractual clauses. You need X, Y, and Z. As previously stated, the visitations are set-in-stone, contract-wise. If violated (e.g., not following the "recommendations"), various "consequences" come into play...to wit, loss of warranty [not just a guess: this is stated fact that will be part of the class action suit], and VERY SPECIFIC monetary losses. They can kick your kid out and you still have to pay for school time they won't let your kid finish. The list of "consenting" functionairies is huge, from the Mama to the Student Council, from the Director to the the Utah folks. All this, just to let Mom and Dad see Junior after a year or so. Of course, one's parents must be certain there is no run risk (why on earth would they think that might be the case??). Am I correct in thinking you are the same Anonymous who ate ribs, salad and ice cream when making that unexpected visit?
