If there was legal wranglings, it makes sense that there would be something like a paper being filed or something like that. 3 or so months ago West told me that the state folks wouldn't talk to him, but he's the one that filed the damn complaint, LOL. DMHA is playing the stupid game right now, being evasive and whatnot with their open-ended complaint resolution time-frame policy. If they wait long enough, they can say "Due to insufficient evidence... blah blah... this case is closed". I don't know if they know, but the situation at PFC is an extremely fluid one. Here one day, gone the next, 1 or 2 directors per month, no nurses, any number of newcomers, oldcomers, no wait, they're newcomers now, shit! No, dammit, they went back home, etc etc... People aren't going to be around to talk to for more than a couple weeks or days or however frequently it turns over.
